As hurricane season approaches, we are working to beef up the volunteer services we are offering to communities. To do this, we need your help!On Wednesday, September 10, at 6pm, DRAW is hosting a Volunteer Responder Training at our Michigan warehouse. This night will serve as an informational session for anyone who might be interested in being on a DRAW responder team in the field.
DRAW has had the busiest year that we've had in our existence in 2025, already responding to 17 disasters around the U.S., mostly by providing supplies to communities recovering from floods/tornadoes/wildfires/ etc.
If you've ever wanted to serve "in-the-field", this session is a must attend. Hosted by our director, Greg Martin, and our field ops coordinator, Chuck Bratton, you'll get a one hour overview of how you can directly serve people who have just hit their rock bottom.
