The ᗰOOᑎ is drawn to water with a fierce intensity! Welcome the ϝULL MOOɳ 🌕 & draw down her energy with a mindful Lake Hike on the trails at Reeds Lake followed by an Element & Astrological themed lunar meditation and singing-bowl ડꪮꪊꪀᦔ ßꪖꪶꪖꪀᥴꫀ on the boardwalk.
Portions of the class include Moon themed standing Yoga (lite, all levels, all bodies-no may needed). Dress comfortably. Consider seasonal conditions (winter boots, bug spray, warm/cool drinks). Bring a mat or cushion if you want. We will be comfortably seated (usually with bench or table accommodations, but generally on the ground) during the sound-healing & singing bowl meditation (up to 20 minutes).
