About this Event
Study the basis anatomy of a bird feather and produce a small, realistic painting in watercolour. A step-by-step process suitable for novice to intermediate level. Suitable for those who like studying/drawing careful detail and who have some experience of working in watercolour.
Specimens provided - a selection of British bird feathers
Equipment provided for use in class - a basic set of watercolour paints, paper, drawing pencils, sharpeners & erasers, brushes
Equipment (student will need to bring) - magnifying glass, rechargeable or battery operated task light, hot-pressed watercolour paper x 3 A4 sheets
