Join us at The Haven for Emerald Expressions: an exclusive Irish whiskey tasting experience showcasing the next generation of Irish distillers and independent bottlers. This special evening highlights Dingle, Teeling, Clonakilty and others alongside the exceptional craftsmanship of JJ Corry and Jack Ryan-- two independent bottlers renowened for sourcing and blending some Ireland's most exciting whiskey expressions.
For decades, Irish whiskey was dominated by a few major distilleries, but today a new cold era is unfolding--one led by innovative distilleries and masterful independent bottlers bringing rare and distinctive whiskeys to life. This tasting will higlihgt their artistry while exploring three class styles of Irish whiskey:
- Single Grain - Elegant, smooth and versaitle, showcasing the lighter side of Irish whiskey.
- Pot Still - A uniquely Irish style, full-bodied with spice and creamy richness.
- Single Malt - Complex, bold and rich in character, standing tall next to Scotland's best.
