Join the Mexican Cultural Institute to learn more about self-expression, self-awareness, and decision-making through this workshop. Patricia Meneses has designed it to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone. From beginners to experienced participants, she meets people where they are in their acting journey and, according to their needs, guides them in exploring their talents, limitations, and emotions during their enrollment. The acting exercises and techniques Meneses shares with the participants will allow them to experience the freedom to express and become more aware of themselves as they understand body expression, character construction, and the decision-making process that comes with role-playing. At the end of the workshop, participants will have acquired various acting tools to share their talent and knowledge on the stage and in their everyday lives.
