Take a look at the start of the secretive Day 4, including the first range of hills in the Elan Valley. We are purposefully using some late autumn training time to get used to some of the hilly ground on Day 4, but not massive mileage or ascent, so an excellent day to get the legs used to some hilly running, with not too much pressure. BUT, this is November, so a good opportunity to get out whatever the weather, also! And get some route recce-ing under way...
