Dragons Arise! at Brancepeth Castle – Saturday 22nd March 2–5pm.
With the arrival of Spring the dragons awaken! Join us for an exciting family event at Brancepeth Castle near Durham featuring dragon storytelling puppets (including the impressive three-person Lambton Worm) medieval re-enactments stories performances and crafts for all ages.
Discover North-East dragon folklore in the Radical Dragons exhibition wield a sword with "Outlaws and Vagabonds". Try crown-making dragon masks or crafting your own mini monster. (small charges apply) - see website for full details of all activities.
