In the first week of January, we will be kicking off the new year with an exhilarating three day adult dance intensive (Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 January).This unique event is specially curated for the passionate dancers of Dragonfly Dance and other adult dancers, dedicated to immersing you in dance and deepening your connection to dance. There will be different streams to cater to different levels of dance experience.
I'm excited to lead the intensive, and delve into specific aspects of the dance styles I teach and love. Plus, I'm thrilled to invite other dance and dance-wellbeing professionals to share their expertise with you.
