Saturday morning at 8am the HS team will practice and we encourage you to invite your family
While your at it tell them to bring workout clothes and dads dust if those old wrestling shoes!
Best way to learn is teaching and doing so our wrestlers will have 15mins to teach you some wrastlin. Then we wanna see the parents demonstrate! (You do not have to participate in this part, welcome to watch)
Wrestling workout from 8-10am
We will then go get cleaned up and meet back at Chatters for their Saturday Brunch menu!
(A small % of every order will go back to the program)
We are inviting all PCMS wrestlers to come watch practice and join us after for brunch
