Dracula is presented by Dean Hernandez, and will use puppetry in its retelling of Bram Stoker's classic vampire novel. This classic horror novel comes to life through its use of puppetry and special effects. Adapting the journalistic framing device of the novel into a visual retelling for the stage, Dracula: Record of a Nightmare utilizes the puppetry artform to try and create a sense of desperation, dread, and discomfort that original readers of Bram Stoker's novel might have felt in 1897.
