About this Event

In this leadership development book, certified executive coach and business executive Dr. Tonya Jackman Hampton invites leaders to discover their hidden potential despite their anxieties.

For too long, leaders have pursued having no fear . . . when really, we should be aiming to know our fears.

It's time to dispel the myth that leadership demands absolute fearlessness and instead embrace fear as an opportunity for growth.

Drawing upon over thirty years of strategic executive experience as a business founder, consultant, and business and community leader, Dr. Tonya Jackman Hampton redefines what it means to balance fear, teaching you how to lead alongside it instead.

For those seeking work anxiety relief, this fear book offers a universal message of resilience and growth. Through a blend of personal anecdotes, reflective prompts, and reframing of common workplace challenges, you'll gain practical strategies to unlock your true leadership potential.

Discover the revolutionary approach to redefine not just leadership but life, when stakes—and tensions—are high:

  • Engage with courage.
  • Explore hidden potential in your fears.
  • Execute your leadership vision with confidence.

With the heart of Kim Scott's Radical Candor and the realness of Luvvie Ajayi Jones's Professional Troublemaker, Dr. Tonya Jackman Hampton's voice cuts through the noise and the status quo.

It's time to shatter the myth, embrace your fears, and become the courageous leader you were destined to be.
