Περίληψη:
Μια σκοτεινή, σατιρική ματιά στο άγχος του Ψυχρού Πολέμου, ο Δρ. Στρέιντζλαβ ή: Πώς έμαθα να μην ανησυχώ και να αγαπώ τη βόμβα παρακολουθεί μια αλυσίδα παράλογων γεγονότων που ξεκινούν όταν ένας παρανοϊκός Αμερικανός στρατηγός διατάζει πυρηνική επίθεση εναντίον της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης. Καθώς στρατιωτικοί και πολιτικοί προσπαθούν απεγνωσμένα να αποτρέψουν την παγκόσμια καταστροφή, το χάος και η κωμωδία ξετυλίγονται στην Αίθουσα Πολέμου, όπου η λογική και η παράνοια συγχέονται σε ίσα μέρη.
