Dr. LaMarr D. Shields is an author, filmmaker, and social entrepreneur whose research-driven talks are equal parts insightful and unforgettable— think TED Talk meets stand-up, with a side of soul. A former professor at the prestigious Johns Hopkins School of Education, Dr. Shields is the visionary founder of The Cambio Group and serves as a special advisor to the National Blue Ribbon Commission on Educational Equity.
