WELCOME TO THE DR. GEORGE CHARITY CAR SHOW 2026
Information For PARTICIPANTS and SPECTATORS

Saturday, February 14, 2026.
● Participants: 6AM to 9AM (See "3. Vehicle Entry").
● Spectators: 9AM - 3PM.
VEHICLE PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! NO registration at the gate.
1. V e h i c l e R e g i s t r a t i o n: Single Vehicle
● Registration Ends: February 6, 2026, unless sold out before then. Register EARLY!
● Registration Fee: $55 covers car, driver, 1 passenger, and 1 t-shirt.
● Register and Pay: Click the RED “Reserve a spot” button on the right to pay online and get your Registration Form.

Event Hotel: Homewood Suites, 45200 Washington St. La Quinta on line registration, hotel website, www.laquinta.homewoodsuites.com use special group code PSC.
2. G r o u p R e g i s t r a t i o n (6 or more vehicles): ENDS Friday, January 16, 2026.
● All persons in a group must be Pre-Registered prior to being placed on the Group Parking check-in list. This means that all persons in the group have paid registration fees either via Eventbrite, or that we can confirm payment by other means.

3.V e h i c l e E n t r y : BE SURE TO BRING YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WITH THE QR CODE!
● Gate Opens: Saturday, February 14, 6AM. NO EXIT UNTIL 3PM*
*You may see trophy winners lining up their cars at 2PM, but no other cars are allowed to move ― by order of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. This is a safety issue for our host. Please do not move your car before 3PM ― unless you are a trophy winner.
● Entry Location 6AM – 9AM: Gate 5 off Miles Avenue (West of Washington St.)
● Entry Location after 9AM: Gate 2 off Washington Street
● Early-bird Check-in & Parking: Only for Pre-Registered entries and at no extra charge. Check in at the show site on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 9AM to 3PM ― at the Registration Desk.
● Reserved Parking (Only Early-bird check-ins may use reserved parking spaces)
● Check-in & Goodie Packet Pick Up: Saturday, February 14, 2026 ― 6:30AM to 8:30AM at the Registration Desk.

Parking: $15 per vehicle (cash only). Parking Lot is on South side of Miles Avenue. Follow signs on Washington Street and on Miles Avenue.
Admission: $15 per person (Free for Kids under 12 ― when accompanied by a paying adult ― and Active Military). Cash or Card.
PLEASE: NO PETS, GOLF CARTS, ALCOHOL.

TheDesert Cancer Foundation provides qualified applicants with Free cancer diagnoses and treatment referrals to medical service professionals. Every dollar in proceeds pays for ten dollars in medical services!
