For one-weekend only, Downtown Partnership introduces it’s first Peppermint Plaza Pop-Up and presents Downtown Baltimore as your holiday destination. Join us at 100 Light Street’s Plaza and take in the stunning waterfront architecture through this exclusive ticketed event.
