Something strange has been happening in Downtown Norfolk! Small doors, just large enough for an elf, have been appearing at the base of many Downtown Norfolk businesses. During this tour, Norfolk Tour Company will use the elf doors in Downtown Norfolk to lead tour-goers on a cheer-filled scavenger hunt, exploring businesses that host our little elf friends for the holidays. The tour will start and end in Selden Market, Downtown’s holiday shopping hub.
