Get an inside look at downtown loft living!During this self-guided tour, walk from one property to the next for an insider's view of both vacant and occupied lofts that are not otherwise available for public viewing.
Purchase passes the day of the tour at The Cascade at Falls Park, located at 701 North Phillips Avenue, from 10:30am – 3:30pm.
$5 per individual
Children 12 and under free
Lofts are open for viewing between 11:00am – 4:00pm.
Pass includes a map of all participating properties, as well as a sticker that grants entry to each property. No maps will be released without purchase.
New this year: Catch a ride from place to place on the downtown trolley! Ride free when you show your Loft Tour sticker.
