The DOWNTOWN JAZZ JAM Second Anniversary Celebration will be held 6 pm to 8 pm Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Slow Play Brewing in Rock Hill, SC. SC Jazz Ambassador Mark Rapp and his band will lead a jazz workshop, concert, and jam session. Mark is the director of ColaJazz Foundation, a Columbia non-profit dedicated to spreading the love of jazz through education and performance.
The rain or shine event is free for musicians of all ages and skill levels, including students. The public is invited to enjoy the performances for free. Parking is free. Food and drink are available for purchase.
The event is sponsored by Comporium and Novant Health Urgent Care. It is hosted by Slow Play Brewing. Our non-profit partners are ColaJazz Foundation, Arts Council of York County, and Winthrop University College of Visual and Performing Arts.
