Downtown Jamaica BID 2023 Annual Member Meeting

Join the Downtown Jamaica BID (legally known as the Sutphin Boulevard BID) as we celebrate our expansion to better serve the community. Together, we will review the fiscal year 2024 budget, elect the Board of Directors, review the bylaws, and discuss the future.

Check-in and networking begins at 10:00 AM. The meeting begins at 10:30 AM. A light breakfast and coffee/tea will be provided.

There will be a special presentation about the consolidation of the three original organizations (Sutphin Blvd BID, Jamaica Center Improvement Association, and the 165th St Mall).

BID property owners, commercial tenants, rental residents, and local elected officials must register to vote at the meeting through Eventbrite by 11:59PM on March 18, 2023. Existing registered members of the 165th St Mall Improvement Assoc. and JCIA will not be automatically transferred over; they must affirmatively register with Sutphin/Downtown Jamaica as new members. The general public may also RSVP to attend but they will not be allowed to vote. Any member registration that takes place after March 18th, 2023 will entitle the member to vote the at next year's annual meeting.
