Muscle M.A.D.NESS Class (first 30 minutes): Full body HIIT workout with toning, sculpting, and mild cardio moves to the beat of the music. To give more resistance, you may bring your own weights but not required. Body weight can be used.
Stretch Yoga Class (last 30 minutes, cool down): This class will consist of a series of stretches and yoga poses to help improve each individual's performance in physical activity, decrease risk of injuries, increase muscle blood flow, help alleviate back pain, muscle mobility, and stress management. Please bring your own mat if you have one, we will have a few to borrow FCFS.
