-Taste test each chili.
-Get a stamp from every bar to make your ballot valid. Participating bars are: Brickhause, Buffy’s, Joe’s Bar, Top Hat, Outfit, Sugar Bar, Elbow Room, The Cabin and The Classroom Bar.
-Vote for your top 3, best to worst, hand in your ballot at the last participating bar you stop at.
