The Massey Building

Enjoy an evening in The Massey Building. Originally built in 1925, this historic Birmingham landmark was renovated in 1986 and brought back to life in 2023/2024 with over $7.5 million of improvement completed over the past 24 months. Attendees will hear key takeaways from the Q1-Q2 2024 Downtown Economic Vitality Report from David Fleming, REV Birmingham President & CEO, and share ideas, talk through challenges, and network with other downtown stakeholders invested in our city's growth.

The Massey Building boasts 60,000 square feet of leasable square footage and is anchored by Phelps Dunbar who leases approximately 19,000 square feet. The building currently has space available ranging from 2,000 square feet up to 12,000 square feet of contiguous space.
