out for a good time not for a long time?Welcome to Downhill December, a series of short course events taking us into the festive season. Designed to bring everyone together for a social run and a friendly challenge.
Guidelines:
-Each Monday we will release the start location and downhill segment for the sunday event.
-Meet at the pinned location, 7am Sunday, for a short warm up run/hike to the start of the downhill segment.
-Self seeded ten second starts to run to the bottom of the segment as fast as you like.
-For those not wanting the challenge, a guided social tail group to head down the segment together at the end.
-For those short on time, wrap it up and head home.
-For those into the competition, each segment will be looped back to see if you can hit the segment faster.
Prize for fastest segment male/female on the day of each event
Prize if you can secure segment local legend by 5pm Sunday of the event
No entry fee, just need to reply 'going' on the event and be a member of Seacliff Coasters Facebook page.
