Downeast Brass will delight an audience again at 7pm. on Saturday December 13th, 2025, in a festive FREE Christmas concert at First Baptist Church of Gardiner. This year the ensemble has invited David Stetson, First Baptist’s excellent organist, to perform. The concert will appeal to a wide audience, including families. Following the music the church’s talented cooks will serve a Christmas dessert. Seating is not ticketed, and parking is available both onsite and near the church. Doors open at 6:30pm. Donations for the concert will be gratefully accepted.

Their repertoire includes both traditional holiday music and energetic and original arrangements by the group's founder Dwight Tibbetts. Downeast Brass musicians are also music educators here in Maine and they introduce musical pieces with captivating comments that draw in listeners.
