Down To Earth : WINTER SOLSTICE Mini ReTREAT - Yoga, Cacao, Fire Pit and Gong Sound Immersion

Amanda Anderson and Jacqui Sinclair are hosting another in their Down To Earth series of Seasonal Yoga and Sound Healing Immersions.
Marking the transition from the darkest point of the year for return to light, the Winter Solstice is a celebratory time for clearing old energies and to set intentions to nurture them towards growth in the Spring.
Where our attention goes, our energy flows and the Solstice offers a great opportunity to check that our actions are in alignment with our intentions as we move forward into light.
It’s the deep long Winter exhale to prepare you for the invigorating Spring inhale – as from that point forth, the days start getting longer.
As this coincides with a typically more energetically demanding move towards Christmas, giving yourself the space to breathe and be at ease is valuable preparation for what can be a challenging period. Give yourself the present of presence; true self care.
We will start with an opening meditation before shifting into a deep, rich, thorough yoga practice, followed by the fire pit ceremony with warming refreshments, before being enveloped in healing sound to restore us to peace and ease.
The Branches park barns and courtyard offer us the most amazing ‘container’ for this kind of deep work to be done in a safely held space – where the collective experience is amplified by the surroundings whilst offering plenty of room for anyone to have a breather and some space to ground if required. It is simply the perfect location for grounding and finding your roots and centre !
Booking for this event is via bookwhen.com/akashayogaandwellbeing and more details can also be found on bookwhen.com/sahasta
Down to Earth: The Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice events will also be scheduled for next year soon!
Our sumptuous mini retreats set in the beautiful surroundings of Branches Park offer the opportunity to pause and consider our own journey through the cycle of the year.
