Down & Dirty Floorwork with INGA

Each 60min class will include a warm-up, conditioning and stretching, and an original routine that we will build on throughout the series, choreographed in INGA’s signature floorwork style to “Lunch” by Billie Eilish.

Class requirements:

• BYO yoga mat
• Knee pads and socks
• Leggings highly recommended
