After a three-year hiatus, Dovetail Orchestra returns to marry live music and classic silent cinematic gems! Our first event at Jean Cocteau is Jan 16 and our feature film was selected by none other than Lisa Harris of Video Library! BUSTER KEATON'S SHERLOCK JR. (1924) will be the feature and true to form we'll throw in a couple cool shorts to boot...Led by composer/conductor Ross Hamlin, Dovetail Orchestra started playing sold-out shows twice a year at SITE Santa Fe in 2017, and was last seen in an all-women directors show out at Motorama in the Spring of 2021. Join us for an all-ages evening of enchanting, stunning films and unique, modern compositions played live before your very eyes!
