Dover Summer Speed Lab

Welcome to Year 3 of our Summer Speed Lab. For the previous 2 summers we have helped 200+ athletes get faster and better. For year 3 we are bringing more staff and more opportunities for growth. Each session will be split into groups based upon age and ability. From there we will constuct a summer program that helps every athlete reach and exceed their goals. As the only USR Speed Lab in the area we will use our expertise in field sports and track speed development to take your training to the next level.

Training days will be split into Max Velocity and Accelration focused days.
