As the real-life woman behind the hit podcast and Netflix series Dirty John, Debra will share her gripping story of escaping psychological manipulation and abuse. Her message of reclaiming power and using her voice to bring awareness to coercive control will not only inspire but also ignite transformation.
This luncheon isn’t about telling stories; it’s about changing them for the brave survivors we serve every single day. In recent months, we have experienced a 67% increase in shelter occupancy, serving on average 75 clients per night, right here in Abilene!
