Bring heart and soul into childbirth preparation and support with this unique 5-day immersive training. Blending retreat-style embodiment practices with dynamic, hands-on learning, this experience offers much more than a traditional doula workshop.

Rooted in Birthing From Within’s holistic philosophy, the training honors both the wisdom of the mentor and the lived experience of the parent. Participants are encouraged to explore self-compassion, adaptability, and resilience—core qualities for anyone on the doula path.

• Friday, November 14th 9:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday, November 15th 9:30am - 5:30pm
