Why: Because a house isn't truly broken in until it's been filled with laughter, the smell of BBQ, and at least one person accidentally setting a marshmallow on fire. I mean what’s the point of buying a house if you can’t show it off a little?WHAT TO EXPECT:
🔥 FIRE PITS GALORE – That’s right, not one, not two, but THREE glorious fire pits for you to roast, toast, and accidentally drop your food into. Bring your camp chairs and roasting sticks, or just show up and borrow from an unassuming guest (sharing is caring).
🥩 BBQ GRILLS IN ACTION – I’ll have TWO grills fired up, ready for whatever carnivorous delights you bring. The catch? You have to cook it yourself—unless, of course, you can successfully bribe one of the guys to do it for you. Hint: flattery and strategic meat-based negotiations work wonders.
🎲 GAMES & SHENANIGANS – Expect table games, cornhole, and whatever other competitive nonsense I find. Bring your A-game, your trash talk, and a willingness to lose gracefully (or not).
🎶 VIBES & SOCIALIZING – This isn’t just a housewarming; it’s a networking event for awesome people. Whether you come for the food, the fire, or the chance to meet someone who might just become your new bestie, you’re welcome here.
WHAT TO BRING:
✔ Your lovely self (most important)
✔ A camp chair to sit on
✔ Small firewood (if you’ve got access to it – my fire pits will thank you)
✔ Your favorite meat to throw on the grill (or something else grillable… get creative)
✔ Roasting sticks and stuff to roast if you want (hot dogs, s'mores, twinkies, starburst, etc)
✔ A fun attitude & a willingness to help me break in this house the right way
