Douglas, MA – Oktoberfest is growing bigger than ever!Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM—the first Saturday of October and a day packed with community fun, local flavor, and festive tradition!
Once upon a time, horses raced down Main Street. This year, we’re honoring that legacy by closing Main St., Depot St., and Pleasant St. to traffic, creating a safe and welcoming space for neighbors and visitors to enjoy the best Oktoberfest yet.
What’s happening from 9 AM to 4 PM:
• Live music all day
• Games, rides, and tricycle racing for all ages
• Delicious food and a lively beer garden
• Classic car show and community fundraisers
• Little dog races (adorable and competitive!)
• Two train rides for kids and families
• Authentic soda jerk experience—back by popular demand!
Getting there is easier than ever:
Parking will be available at the Douglas Primary and Elementary school parking lots, there will be a free shuttle running between the post office and school parking lots from 9am to 4pm.
Additional parking is available at Soldier’s Field.
