July 16- Tommy Prine w/ Kindred Valley (details )
We're thrilled to welcome Tommy Prine and his band back for their second visit to West Art! Following a fantastic show in the fall of '23, it became clear that once wasn't enough. Tommy and his crew have been busy on the road, captivating audiences nationwide, and even gracing the stage at the renowned Grand Ole Opry! The son of the legendary John Prine, Tommy is quickly and honestly forging his own path among today's great songwriters. We're fortunate to have Kindred Valley along on this run- they may just be the band you find yourself cranking on the radio on your summer drives! Join us for an unforgettable night in City Hall, the beautifully intimate listening room at West Art.
July 19- Shadowgrass: Bluegrass Blitz! (details )
Are you ready? Shadowgrass is on a meteoric rise, and we're so excited to welcome these young virtuosos here for their first visit to Lancaster! With great traditional sensibilities, and no fear of pushing past the boundaries, they break new ground with stellar songwriting and fast-picking jams. They've toured coast-to-coast, been beloved regulars at many festivals, and shared the stage effortlessly with Billy Strings and other modern greats. Don't miss them here in "City Hall" at West Art- the perfect listening room for a musical adventure of this magnitude!

>> Doors will open at 7. The show will start at 7:30.
>> Tickets are $25 in advance, and $30 at the door if not sold out.
>> As always, we’re proud to present an all-ages show with discounted tickets available for students.
>> We will have beer from Our Town Brewery for sale, along with a few non-alcoholic options. This is not BYOB.
>> Parking may be available in the small lot across the street. Beyond that, there’s parking available around Buchanan Park and F&M College in the blocks surrounding West Art. Walking, biking, and carpooling is always encouraged when possible!
>> Seating: This show will be a mix of seating and standing room. We suggest arriving when the doors open if you’d prefer to sit.
>> Our space is ADA accessible, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs.
