Swim 400yds, Bike 6 mi, Run 2 mi -- RepeatThis will help you prepare for the GFT triple sprint or just get a great workout!
Swim: 1 loop from the beach, keeping the poles on your left, going around pole 12.
Bike: 6 mile route--see map (note--you do the rectangular portion 3 times and then return to Waterfront park): https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/4905039385
Run: out and back on the trail (2 miles total)
Then do it again.
Be set up and ready to start at 7:30am.
You can do all or part of the training.
Please familiarize yourself with the bike course.
You must be a current CTC member to participate or fill out our online waiver the morning of the training.
Helmets are required
Bike tail light is strongly encouraged
All skill levels are welcome!!
