Két nagyágyút is csapra teszünk a decemberi Imperial Night alkalmával és ezek a 2025-ös évjáratok különösen komolyra sikerültek 🌑🍫Event Horizon 2025
Visszatér a Demerara rum ihlette imperial stoutunk, amit már sokan vártatok. Jellegzetes, mély melaszos illattal nyit, a korty pedig tele van csokoládés és tejkaramellás komplexitással. De idén még tovább fejlesztettük: a főzetet hosszabban érleltük fán, aminek köszönhetően sikerült mély vanília tónusokat és gazdag szilva-, málna- és feketeribizli jegyeket előcsalogatnunk a sörből. Így ez az eddigi leggyümölcsösebb kiadása az Event Horizon-nak!

Collision Course 2025
A Collision Course egy testes, keserédes kakaó ízélményét nyújtja, amely egy imperial stout komplexitásával és erejével rendelkezik. Idén finomítottunk az infúziós eljárásunkon, így fokoztuk az organikus perui kakaó keserédes ízét. Mint eddig is, a vörös miso sós mélysége biztosítja az egyensúlyt, amelyet a pörkölt tölgyfa lágy vanília aromája egészít ki.

2025-re mindkét sör kezdeti és végső fajsűrűségét megnöveltük, ezzel mélyebb testet és gazdagabb ízélményt biztosítva nekik. Ezek a sörök tűzhely melletti lassú kortyolgatásra készültek, így tökéletesek lehetnek az elkövetkezendő fagyos időszakra és az ünnepekre. ❄️🎄

Event Horizon 2025
Our longstanding Demerara rum-inspired imperial stout returns. It kicks off with that signature deep molasses nose and a body absolutely stacked with chocolate and toffee complexity. But we pushed it further this year: a longer wood infusion layers deep vanilla tones with rich notes of plum, raspberry, and blackcurrant, for our most fruit-forward batch yet!

Collision Course 2025
Collision Course is a full-bodied, bittersweet cocoa sipping experience with the complexity and kick of a true imperial stout. We’ve refined our in-house infusion process this year to elevate the bittersweet chocolate flavor of our organic Peruvian cacao. As always, that rich cocoa body is balanced by the savory depth and salinity of red miso, and tempered by soft vanilla notes from toasted oak.
