We’re doing it again! Join us for our first Double Barrel Recon Ride of the year. Bundle up and join us on Sunday, Feb 23rd to ride a little recon on the Double Barrel Gravel Ride. We’ll meet at the Benton County Quail Barn and head out at 11 AM on a 31-mile route (link below). The pace is best described as a social, no-drop, party pace.
The West Brothers from Oz Cycling Tours will be on hand again, helping us lead the rides. We are forever grateful for their friendship and assistance with the Recon rides and the Double Barrel Gravel Ride (scheduled for Sunday, May 18th). Just like last year, we plan to host three Recon Rides—one each, February, March, and April.
If you don’t want the day to end, we invite you to stay for a chili cook-out with some “adult beverages” after the ride. We welcome any contributions that you wish to bring. Spending time with cycling family and hanging out with steaming bowls of chili and a cold brew is the perfect way to end an excellent day of gravel. Come on out and ride and hang!
