In this engaging session, we will explore the intricate techniques of dot art, a captivating form of expression known for its mesmerizing patterns and vibrant colors. Guided by Zuzka Morvova, a dot-art artist that is fascinated by its meditative nature and has worked hours and hours on various dot artworks, find out more on her instagram @z.mandaly
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, this workshop offers a welcoming environment for people to meet and have fun while learning a new skill!
What you will learn:
-You will learn about the materials, alternative tools (and meaning of mandalas - later when we do something larger)
-You will practice 8 basic patterns on black paper
-As your final project you can choose from two options to decorate: 1. the wooden lid of a glass dose (10 cm high/6,5 cm wide) for storing food and sweets; 2. a plastic pocket mirror (7,5 cm perimeter). So you'll have your own souvernir from the workshop!
