Join poets Beth Brooke and Sarah Acton for monthly Poetry Society Stanza sessions, where local poets looking to develop their craft are invited to bring a regular poem-in-progress for close study and peer to peer critique. Each month we will look at a study poem together, then reading each other's poems, the group will discuss techniques and take inspiration from multiple voices and approaches. These sessions are designed to build confidence in the crafting of poems and sharpen editing skills, while connecting to a wider poetry and creative community. Participants will be asked to bring in a poem-in-progress to share and 8 copies each session.Anyone interested please email Beth or Sarah to find out more and join. All welcome.
Details: £5 per session / cash or bacs
