This three-day workshop is for artists at all levels painting in oil and/or pastel (acrylic is OK, too). We will explore various types of underpainting techniques and how the underpainting can provide inspiration and also guide/support the overall concept when painting the Impressionist Landscape. Doreen will cover some basic design principles in addition to her 40+ years of painting and her background as an educator through slide presentations and demonstrations along with lots of individual support and critique. Artists will need to bring their own photo references for this studio workshop.
