Ready to dash for donuts? The Donut Dash 5K is a fun, family-friendly event where participants of all abilities can run, walk, or roll their way through a scenic course—all while supporting an amazing cause. Your registration helps the Red Rock Center for Independence empower people with disabilities and foster a stronger, more inclusive community. Lace up your shoes, grab your friends, and join us for a day of fitness, fun, and donuts! There will be vendors, dancing, running, and all the fun you can handle! The Donut Dash is shaping up to be the best event of the year!The 2025 Donut Dash will take place on March 22, 2025 and starts at 9:30 AM. It will take place at Confluence Park (near the St. George Convention Center) 2099 S Convention Center Dr, St. George, UT 84790.
There are 3 registration types:
Disability Registration (I identify as having a disability) - $10
Youth Registration (12 and younger) - $10
Adult Registration (18 and older) - $20
Consumers may be eligible for discounts and have the opportunity for a 100 yard dash and 1 mile run rather than the 5K. Please reach out to your Independent Living Coordinator for discount codes or accommodations.
