Of course, he’s arrived where he is with people – an ever-growing fanbase that loves his quirkily conventional songs that take standard pop structures and stretches them just far enough to excite a refined ear without losing some semblance of accessibility. Masterful storyteller Woods is one of music’s most vulnerable creators who’s not afraid to bear his soul in an emotionally gritty way.
