Celebrate the 69th Annual Virginia MOCA Boardwalk Art Show with an all-levels, donation-based yoga class hosted by Bhav Brigade!As with all Bhav Brigade classes, everyone is welcome to join!
Class will include gentle warm ups, guided breathing and meditation, and a yoga flow appropriate for a broad range of abilities.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, as well as water, sun protection, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
Donations for the class can be made in cash or via Venmo (@carly-bennyhoff) or CashApp ($createmindfulmoments).
25% of the collected donations will benefit Virginia MOCA.
