Celebrate the 69th Annual Virginia MOCA Boardwalk Art Show with an all-levels, donation-based yoga class hosted by Bhav Brigade. The art show starts at 10:00 am on Friday, October 10; Attendees can enjoy yoga by the sea and then explore the Boardwalk Art Show!Please let me know if you have any other questions.
As with all Bhav Brigade classes, everyone is welcome to join!
Class will include gentle warm ups, guided breathing and meditation, and a yoga flow appropriate for a broad range of abilities.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, as well as water, sun protection, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
Donations for the class can be made in cash or via Venmo (@carly-bennyhoff) or CashApp ($createmindfulmoments).
25% of the collected donations will benefit Virginia MOCA.

Class will be held at Neptune Park near 31st Street in the grassy area.
