Join us every first Wednesday of the month for yoga in the great outdoors at St. Pete Pier. Jessica Irene Mihm will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll catch some bay breezes as the sun sets over the big, grassy Family Park. Stick around afterward to explore the Pier!
Donations collected this month will benefit The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (ASFP). Established in 1987, the AFSP is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
