This gentle, nurturing class is designed to help you unwind and restore your energy. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll be led through a series of restful poses supported by props, allowing your body to fully relax.

Restorative yoga is a meditative practice focused on stillness and deep rest. Poses are held for extended periods with the aid of props to encourage passive stretching and total relaxation.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be reserved in advance online as we do have an event capacity to accommodate.
