Amanda Rose Hacker is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500hr), a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She aims to share how breath control, mindful movement, meditation, and the integration of the three, can help to calm the mind, ease the nervous system, and relieve tension. Amanda's background offers a therapeutic and compassionate approach to her instruction of yoga, with intention to link breath with movement, and an emphasis on self-observation of one's own body, mind, and breath.
