About this Event
Kim Roach, Dhyani Bella, Dina Montefuscoli, and Jeff Copeland are putting together a sound bath fundraiser to give back to the women and families that have been (and will be) affected by the Supreme Court's recent decision to overturn Roe v Wade.
This decision has stripped women's constitutional right to bodily autonomy and put us back 50 years. It is time for us to come together to support the women who do not have the privilege or funds to access safe and legal ab0rti0n.
All proceeds will be going to the NNAF Ab0rti0n Funds!
Please bring a yoga mat (or something to lay on). Feel free to also bring a light blanket for ultimate coziness!
All participants will be led through a short but powerful guided meditation, then into the sound journey using crystal quartz singing bowls and various other healing instruments.
We will have FOUR sound healers at the sound bath to help you travel through the cosmos :) This night will be EPIC and for an amazing cause!
SOUND BATH
Sound healing is an ancient modality. Everything in our Universe is made of vibrations. Sound baths are heard by the ear and felt through the body. The vibrations of the healing instruments assist with realigning the chakras on a molecular level and re-energizing your auric field. The sound bath will help you shift the mind from a more active state (fight or flight) to a more relaxed and dreamlike state. It is a deeply immersive experience where all you have to do is listen and receive.
