Welcome to our special Outdoor Solar Plexus Chakra Sound Bath Meditation event!

The solar plexus chakra, also known as the Manipura chakra, is the third energy center in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Located in the upper abdomen, just above the navel, it is associated with personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. The solar plexus chakra governs our sense of identity, willpower, and the ability to take action. When this chakra is balanced, it fosters a strong sense of self, motivation, and the ability to assert oneself effectively. An imbalance in the solar plexus chakra can manifest as low self-esteem, indecisiveness, or feelings of powerlessness. Balancing the solar plexus chakra involves practices such as self-reflection, setting goals, and engaging in activities that boost self-confidence and personal empowerment.

Join us on Saturday September 28th, 2024 at 11:30 AM for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Location: At a private residence in La Mesa. To ensure the privacy of the residence, the address will be emailed directly to participants prior to the event.

This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

Water bottle

Pillow for under head/neck

Pillow for under knees if needed

Blanket

Wear comfortable clothing

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
