Slow Flow with Yin and Sound Bath is a deeply rejuvenating and holistic practice that combines elements of gentle yoga, yin yoga, and sound therapy to promote relaxation, release tension, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.The practice typically begins with a slow flow sequence, which involves gentle, fluid movements coordinated with breath awareness. This part of the practice helps to warm up the body, increase circulation, and release any physical tension or tightness.
Following the slow flow portion, the practice transitions into yin yoga postures. Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for an extended period of time, usually anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. These poses target the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Holding these poses for an extended duration allows for a deep release of tension and promotes flexibility and mobility in the joints.
During savasana Clare will offer a sound bath to help you drop further into a state of rest and relaxation!
This special event will offer a nourishing and restorative experience for the body, mind, and soul, leaving participants feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
