About your teachers:

Katie Beene, E-RYT 200 / RYT-500
Lotus Pond Yoga Teacher Training Coordinator and Teacher in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Her style of yoga is a "slow flow", allowing time for each of her students to savor each moment, each posture, and each breath. Her yoga classes are centered around mindfulness and presence. Her goal is to inspire her students to find inner peace, gratitude, and connection. Katie graduated from the 200hr/300hr Yoga Teacher Training Programs at Lotus Pond, has over 1,200 hours of teaching experience.

Analiese DeAbreu, RYT-200
Analiese rediscovered her passion for yoga after diving deeper into the studies of meditation and began to teach at the Lotus Pond in 2019. She firmly believes in the “ripple effect” of yoga, the softening that begins towards oneself and spreads to others as the movement and breath do their magic, and carries this philosophy into all her classes. Her focus as a teacher is for her students to leave feeling lighter physically and energetically, with a greater awareness of their daily experience of living. Analiese feels yoga is not a practice just for the mat but for all areas of life.
