About this Event
Welcome to our special Outdoor Root Chakra Sound Bath Meditation event!
The root chakra, also known as the Muladhara chakra, is the first energy center in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with feelings of safety, stability, and grounding. The root chakra connects us to the physical world and is linked to our basic survival needs, such as food, shelter, and security. When the root chakra is balanced, it fosters a sense of security, confidence, and a strong foundation for personal growth. An imbalance in this chakra can manifest as anxiety, fear, or a feeling of disconnection from the world around us. Balancing the root chakra involves practices such as grounding exercises, physical activity, and connecting with nature to enhance feelings of stability and security.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments as you destress, cleanse, align and ground your energy. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy day and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this chance to find peace and tranquility. We can't wait to see you there!
